People profile service: USD 99 per year. Submit your individual profile for review first. After approval, review the annual subscription at checkout and pay to publish. It renews every year until you cancel. A STEM ID is not required for this service.
The fee pays for a directory listing. It does not purchase a STEM.org credential, certification, endorsement or accreditation.
Already listed or a credential holder? Claiming and managing an existing profile stays free. Eligible credential holders can still request a profile through the free credential-holder path. Find your existing profile before creating another.
Requests are reviewed before publication. Declining, skipping, editing or withdrawing a directory profile does not change your credential or your access to trustmark assets.
For a learner under 18, a parent or guardian must make the request. Learner profiles require additional privacy review. Share only appropriate public information; omit home addresses, private contact details and sensitive information. City or region and country are optional.

How can I find people by location?
Use the City or region field and Country filter to search the existing profile list. Locations come from information shared on public profiles; we do not infer missing locations, request your device location or add map pins. Profiles without location information remain available through other searches.
What does the USD 99 annual People profile service include?
An individual public directory profile with your name, introduction and optional city or region, country, website and social links. Your submission is reviewed before payment. After approval, you can authorize a USD 99 annual subscription at checkout. The profile is published only after review, consent and confirmed payment.
Do I need a STEM ID, and does payment give me a trustmark?
No STEM ID is required for the paid People profile service. Payment covers the listing only and does not issue, renew or verify a credential, certification, endorsement or accreditation. A profile’s linked credentials, when present, are checked separately.
When am I charged, and how do renewals work?
Submitting the form does not charge you. Once your profile is approved, sign in and use the payment button beside your profile. Checkout shows USD 99 per year and any applicable tax before you authorize payment. The subscription renews annually until cancelled. Manage billing and cancellation through My Account → Subscriptions. Removing a public profile and cancelling its subscription are separate actions.
What if I already have a profile or an eligible credential?
Existing profiles remain available under their current terms. Claiming, editing and removing your existing profile stays free. Eligible credential holders can choose the credential-holder option to request a profile without a listing fee, using their exact STEM IDs and verified credential email. Search first to avoid a duplicate profile.
Can a student have a profile?
Yes, subject to privacy review. An adult learner may submit for themselves. For a learner under 18, a parent or guardian must submit and authorize the public information. Do not include home addresses, private contact details or sensitive information.
Does everyone listed have a STEM.org credential?
No. A paid People profile is a listing service, and directory inclusion is not a credential claim. Credential holders may also choose a free profile. The directory is optional and does not include every credential holder.
Does opting out affect my credential?
No. Your choice to join, skip, edit or remove a directory profile does not change credential validity, verification, renewal requirements or access to trustmark assets.
How do I check a credential?
Use the separate Verify Trustmark service or the credential reference on a participant’s profile. A directory biography is not a credential-status record.
Can I change or remove my profile?
Sign in to the account that controls your profile to request changes or withdraw it. To manage an existing profile, open it and select Claim your profile. Confirm the email connected to its credentials, then claim it. Editing is optional; your existing details and STEM IDs stay saved.
How does this differ from Program Atlas and Product Registry?
People Directory helps people share their work and connect. Program Atlas is for schools, programs and educational experiences; Product Registry is for educational products. Existing organization, product and publisher profiles remain available here from the previous directory. A listing in any directory does not itself award a trustmark.
